How I handle contact details

If you send your name, email, and optionally a phone number, company, and scope description through the form or by email, I use that information only to evaluate your inquiry and reply about a potential collaboration.

Where the data goes: the form submission is processed by a serverless function on Vercel, and the inquiry reaches me by email through Resend (EU-based servers). An automatic confirmation is also sent to the address you provide. I also store the inquiry details (name, email, and optionally phone, company, and scope) as a contact record in Resend, so I can keep inquiries together and follow up. Resend acts here as a processor (sub-processor) with EU-based servers; I do not run a separate database of my own.

I do not use the information for unsolicited marketing and I will not add you to any newsletter without your consent — it serves only to handle your inquiry and the follow-up conversation, and I keep it only for as long as necessary. The site measures traffic with Vercel Analytics — cookie-free and without identifying individual visitors. If you want your details removed or updated, write to horakovsky@botconductor.com and I'll delete the contact record and related emails.
