Custom software development · Brno

BotConductor for companies and studios that need to ship faster.

I build websites, internal systems, and custom software — with AI workflow that speeds up delivery. For companies in Brno and dev studios, without inflating the team.

boost / prototype / rescue

I build software like someone who can direct models, code, and decisions at once. Not another generic AI layer between you and the outcome.

Pokecase

A complete e-commerce platform in a week, not months. A named, real project.

Your servers

Automation can run on your own server — documents and company data stay home.

What it means

I do not sell AI hype. I sell faster and cleaner execution.

BotConductor is custom software, web, and internal-systems development powered by AI — for companies and dev studios in Brno and across Czechia. BotConductor is not a gimmick. It is the ability to orchestrate models, tools, and judgment so the output is usable software instead of expensive chaos.

  • AI is the mechanism. The value is faster delivery with fewer blind iterations.
  • When needed, I take ownership from scope definition to handoff. When needed, I slot into an existing delivery flow.
  • I am not another communication layer. I am an execution partner who can decide, build, and straighten things out.

How I can help

The two things people come to me for most

What I typically deliver

  • client-facing websites and product landing pages
  • internal systems, dashboards, and admin interfaces
  • ERP layers and operational tooling
  • automation flows, data pipelines, and integrations
  • MVP builds and fast direction validation
  • rescue interventions, refactors, and architecture reset

Best fit

This works best for companies and studios that need to move a concrete website, scope, prototype, or rescue intervention fast. Ideal when the scope is concrete and there's a clear owner.

How I plug in

Three modes of collaboration: Boost, Prototype, Rescue

Boost

Boost

extra delivery capacity

You need short-term delivery firepower without hiring another person or slowing down senior engineers with onboarding.

  • feature delivery inside an existing product
  • fast support across backend, frontend, or internal tools
  • review-ready output that can move into deployment
Prototype

Prototype

fast MVP / direction check

You need to validate a direction, internal tool, client concept, or MVP in days rather than weeks.

  • rapid build focused on proving scope
  • real data, admin flows, and operational logic where needed
  • clear signal on what to keep and what to drop
Rescue

Rescue

rescuing and taking over a stalled project

The project is messy, scope is drifting, or AI tooling created more code than clarity. This is where rescue starts.

  • architecture and ownership reset
  • shorter, more controlled iterations
  • taking over a troubled segment and pushing it into a usable state

Proof, not posture

Case studies

Build · Pokecase

A complete Pokecase e-commerce platform in a week

Pokecase needed its own e-commerce platform, not an off-the-shelf solution — and fast, so selling could start early.

Where a typical developer would spend months, a working platform came together in about a week — with a structure ready for more features and for AI. A named, real project.

Prototype sprint

An internal workflow tool in days instead of a month of analysis

The team needed proof before committing to an internal operational tool. Scope was fuzzy and the wishlist was too large.

A working prototype with real roles, forms, and data flow. The decision happened quickly, without an expensive blind phase.

Delivery boost

More shipping capacity without adding headcount

The studio already had design direction and client pressure, but senior capacity was tight. They needed a specific scope delivered without breaking their own process.

I took ownership of a defined slice, fit into the existing workflow, and handed over a review-ready build without a long onboarding phase.

Rescue

Straightening a scope drowning in AI experiments

The project had plenty of generated code, weak structure, unclear ownership, and endless patch cycles.

A clearer direction, reduced scope, and a more sustainable build path. Chaos was replaced by a working base and decision clarity.

How I work

A structure that protects speed and quality

01

Scope alignment

We define the actual problem, strip out the noise, and agree on what success looks like before delivery starts.

02

Build path

I choose the shortest route to a usable result. AI enters the workflow where it genuinely improves speed, not where it only looks modern.

03

Execution and control

I deliver reviewable blocks, watch readability and edge cases, and keep the output maintainable rather than merely fast.

Who is behind it

One partner who can orchestrate AI workflows and final quality

I am Jaroslav Horákovský. I build websites, internal systems, prototypes, and rescue interventions that are fast to deliver but still readable, usable, and maintainable.

Frequent questions

What clients ask most often

Do you build custom websites and software for companies in Brno too?

Yes. I'm based in Brno and regularly work with companies in and around the city — but just as easily remote across Czechia and the EU. Meeting in person in Brno is no problem.

Can you automate company processes?

Yes — document processing, connecting systems, and repetitive tasks can all be handed over to an automation. It can run directly on your own server, so your data stays home.

Process automation →
What if I have a stalled or broken project from another vendor?

That's a common case. I take it over, find my way around unfamiliar or AI-generated code, and straighten it out. We start with a fixed-price review.

Project rescue →
Do you work solo, or do you have a team?

You deal directly with me — no layer of project managers between you and the person who actually builds. For bigger work I bring in trusted people, but ownership stays with me.

How fast do you reply, and how does it start?

Write through the form below or by email and I'll get back to you within 48 hours. First we briefly align on scope, then I send you a proposal for how to approach it.

What does it cost?

My hourly rate is 1,500 CZK. For larger work you get a fixed quote once the scope is clear — so you know what you're getting into and don't pay for a desk estimate.
