Project rescue

I take over and straighten out a stalled project.

You had something built — cheap, in a hurry, or with AI — and now it doesn't work, nobody can make sense of it, or it won't move forward? I take it over, find my way around it, and push it to a state where it can be built on again.

Does this sound familiar?

These are the situations I handle most

The vendor didn't finish the project or stopped communicating.

Nobody can make sense of their code, and every change is a gamble.

AI generated a pile of code, but it lacks structure and order.

Scope is drifting, deadlines are slipping, and the end is nowhere in sight.

Where I have an edge

I can untangle AI-generated code.

Plenty of projects today are built with AI — fast, but often without structure. A classic agency shrugs at code like that. I work with AI every day: I know how it generates code, where it cuts corners, and how to straighten it out. What's a foreign pile for others is readable terrain for me.

How I work

From review to reset

01

Review

I go through the code and how the project came to be, and tell you straight what state it's in and what can be done with it.

02

Stabilization

I stop the worst bleeding — whatever is falling over and blocking you gets back into a working state.

03

Reset

I straighten out the structure and direction so the project can be built on normally again.

It starts with a review

Fixed price, no open-ended tab

Smaller project

9,900 CZK

When it's a smaller website, app, or a contained piece.

Larger project

19,900 CZK

When there's more to it — a larger system or several connected parts.

You get the output within 3–5 days: a clear description of the state, what's wrong, and what to do next. I quote the repair itself only after the review — so you pay for what's really needed, not for a blind estimate.

What I have behind me

I've shipped both fast and large projects

I built the complete Pokecase e-shop platform in roughly a week, where a regular developer would more likely spend months. And not slapped together in a hurry: with a structure ready for further features and for AI.

I've also contributed to a large company CRM/ERP system (in the millions of CZK) in cooperation with a studio. And because I know what a well-built project looks like, I quickly spot what's broken in yours — and I know how to straighten it out.

Frequent questions

What people ask most

What does rescuing or taking over a project mean?

I take over a stalled or broken project from someone else (or from AI), find my way around it, and push it to a state where it works again and can be built on. Sometimes it's enough to straighten out the direction, other times the foundations need fixing — which one, I'll tell you after the review.

What does the review cost?

The review has a fixed price: 9,900 CZK for a smaller project, 19,900 CZK for a larger one. You get the output within 3–5 days — a clear description of the state and what to do next. I quote the actual repair only after the review, so you pay for what's really needed, not for a blind estimate. Regular work beyond the review is 1,500 CZK/hour.

Will you take over a project from another vendor who stopped communicating?

Yes, that's exactly the typical case. I don't need the original vendor — I find my way around unfamiliar code without documentation. I just need access to what exists and to know where the project should be heading.

Can you untangle AI-generated code?

I can. I work with AI every day, so I know how it generates code, where it cuts corners, and how to straighten it out. What's a foreign pile for a classic agency is readable terrain for me — and that's exactly where I have an edge.

Is vibe coding suitable for production?

Quickly generating a working prototype with AI is great for validating an idea. Pushing it straight into production without structure and control is a risk, though — that's exactly what produces the projects I end up rescuing. AI is a great tool when someone knows how to direct it.

Do you work solo?

Yes, you deal directly with me — no layer of project managers between you and the person actually touching the code. For bigger work I can bring in trusted people, but ownership and communication stay with me.
